Our guesthouse in the clinic

Our guesthouse is located on the top floor of our clinic. It is the perfect place for our patients to recover during the first week after their surgery.

  • You stay in our clinic for one week—On the top floor of the clinic we have seven guestrooms. Here are patients can recover in peace during the first week after their surgery. For most operations, your stay is already included in the operation proposal.
  • Permanent resident Jolanda—Jolanda is a former patient of Dr van de Ven and is living permanently in our clinic. This way, you have someone right by your side at all times. You can rely on her at night or during weekends, she is there for you 24/7.  She will also prepare fresh, nutritious soup and dinner to help you regain your strength after surgery.
  • Full board—We provide breakfast, soup for lunch and homemade gastronomic dinner. All meals are adjusted to the eating ability of the patient. After jaw or chin surgery, you will get yoghurt and smoothies but we also offer fresh wholegrain bread, cheese, eggs, etc.
  • Patient coordinator Elli—She will be present to guide you through the procedure every weekday from 9:00h-17:00h.
  • Share your experience with other patients—As all patients staying at our guesthouse are more or less in the same boat, you have the possibility to talk with each other in our cosy, shared kitchen/living room.
  • Privacy—However, we also understand if you prefer to stay in the privacy of your bedroom, where you can enjoy satellite TV.
  • Wi-Fi—Wi-Fi is available on the entire floor (free of charge).

In the living area you can relax and have a chat with other patients, our staff members or our resident Jolanda.

Jolanda is happy to cook dinner for you. Of course, if you like to cook yourself, you can freely make use of the kitchen, as Katarina is doing on the picture.

Of course, you can always go back to your own room to rest or relax.

Three of the seven rooms have their own private bathroom. The other three rooms all share a bathroom together.
